Are you selling designer fragrances?
No. Our scents are original interpretations inspired by iconic fragrances. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the brands whose perfumes may have inspired our creations. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Why are your prices lower than designer perfumes?
We spend on high-quality essential oils, not celebrity ads, heavy glass, or department-store markups. By selling online and keeping packaging efficient, we pass those savings on to you.
How is the quality?
We formulate for balance: high-grade aroma compounds and alcohol that lets the composition open and project properly.
Every batch is made in a safe and health focused environment. Every batch passes stability and smell-quality checks before release.
How long do your fragrances last?
Longevity varies by note profile, skin, climate, and spray count. We sell EDP/Extrait concentration formats.
On average, expect 6–12 hours for fresh/woody styles and longer for amber/sweet profiles. Re-spray pulse points (and clothing if suitable) to extend wear.
Are you cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes we don’t do any tests on animals, and we avoid animal-derived musk's.
What size are your bottles?
We currently sell 50 mL bottles, lasting approximately 4-6 months.
Returns.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, if you are not satisfied. Returns can be done even if you have opened and used your fragrance. For more details please refer to the return policy which can be found under the, 'About' tab on our website.

How do exchanges work?
If something arrives defective or broken, we’ll replace it or for scent preference swaps, reach out to our email (info@paralluxfragrances.com) and we’ll explore options case-by-case.
Fragrance Use.
How should I apply?
Spray 2+ times on each pulse point (neck, wrists, chest, inner elbows). Moisturize beforehand. Avoid rubbing.
For more projection, you can mist lightly on clothing (patch-test first).
How long does a bottle last?
Used daily at ~ 5-7 sprays, a 50 mL bottle typically lasts 4-6 months.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep bottles upright, away from heat and sunlight. Extreme temps and light can degrade aromatic compounds.
Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
All fragrances can irritate very sensitive skin. Patch-test on the inner elbow; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid spraying on broken skin. Keep away from eyes and flames.
Shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us immediately after purchase—orders move to fulfillment quickly. If the warehouse has not processed your parcel, we’ll cancel and refund.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship domestically, all over Canada; From our Canadian facility.
How long are the shipping times?
We try to ship our packages from our warehouse, within the same business day. Once sent out, it can take anywhere from 2 business days to 2 weeks for delivery. If there is an unusual delay, please contact us.
